This page explains how Revonia OÜ (“Revonia,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses personal data and cookies on this website, and what choices you have.

If you have questions about this policy or about how we handle your personal data, contact us using the details above.

  1. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data when you interact with this website, mainly:

  • Contact and enquiry details you give us through our contact form or by emailing or calling us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Technical and usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as your device and browser type, pages visited, how you found our site, and your interactions with our ads, as described in section 4 below.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details or sensitive categories of data (such as health or religious information) through this website.

  1. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide quotes or information about our products and services — based on our legitimate interest in running our business and, where a contract is being discussed, to take steps toward that contract.
  • Understand how visitors use our website and improve it — based on your consent, given through the cookie banner.
  • Show and personalise advertising for Revonia across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn, and measure how well that advertising performs — based on your consent, given through the cookie banner.
  • Meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations — based on our legal obligations as a business.
  1. Cookies and advertising technologies we use

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work properly, remember your preferences, and give us information about how the site is used and how our advertising performs. We use the term “cookies” here to also cover similar technologies such as pixels, tags, and local storage.

Necessary cookies. These keep the website secure and functional — for example, remembering your cookie preferences or letting you use the contact form. They cannot be switched off, as the site cannot work properly without them.

Analytics cookies. These help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. They’re only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that acceptance at any time.

Marketing and advertising cookies. We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tags and pixels that share data with our advertising and marketing partners. This lets us personalise ads and measure their performance across platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. These cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that acceptance at any time.

You can see the exact list of cookies in use, including names, providers, and how long each lasts, in the cookie preference panel via “Manage cookie preferences” below.

  1. Who we share data with

We share personal data with:

  • Service providers who help us run this website and our business, such as our website hosting provider.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, including Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn, for the purposes described above, when you’ve consented to marketing or analytics cookies.
  • Authorities or professional advisers where we’re required to by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data.

  1. International data transfers

Some of the providers listed above, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as put in place by each provider.

  1. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and contact form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. Your cookie consent choice is remembered for up to 12 months, after which you’ll be asked again. Data collected through analytics and advertising cookies is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as set by the relevant provider.

  1. Keeping your data secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

  1. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, have inaccurate data corrected, have it deleted in certain circumstances, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee.

To use any of these rights, contact us at info@revonia.ee.

  1. Managing your cookie preferences

You can change your cookie choices at any time. At the bottom of every page on the Revonia website, you’ll find an option in the footer to open your cookie preferences and update them — there you can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies, or withdraw consent you’ve previously given. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how well the site works.

  1. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the data and cookies we use or in the law. The current version always applies and is posted on this page.
