Nestled in the scenic hills of Southern Estonia, on the banks of the Väike Emajõgi River, stands the newly completed Riverberg holiday house, built from Revonia modules. Set into a hillside, the house makes the most of its unique location – elevated views open up to the surrounding forest, pond and river, while large windows create a seamless connection with nature.

The vision behind Riverberg was to create a place where the owners could occasionally escape the pace of city life while offering the same opportunity to others. A place where mornings begin with birdsong and each day can unfold at its own rhythm. Whether that means a peaceful walk in nature, a swim in the pond, a boat ride or a more active day spent golfing, skiing or exploring the nearby sports facilities at Kääriku Sports Center.
Revonia modules were chosen largely because of the landscape itself. The sloping terrain and varied topography were perfectly suited to this type of construction. After visiting the Revonia factory and seeing the modules in person, it quickly became clear that this architectural style was the ideal choice for the project.
Riverberg is a custom-built vacation house covering 50 m². All its components were carefully picked to achieve harmony with nature. Interior walls use 100% natural clay plaster from Saviuku, microcement is used for walls in the bathroom and there is a Tulikivi sauna stove for heating the sauna, while Thermory timber covers the exterior of the building.
The unique qualities of concrete modules are particularly noticeable in the sauna. Concrete retains heat exceptionally well, storing warmth and releasing it gradually over time. The result is a soft, pleasant sauna experience and lasting warmth even long after the fire has gone out.
We are delighted to share that Riverberg is now open and ready to welcome guests seeking relaxation and the natural beauty of Southern Estonia.
